Andrew thrives on managing complex projects, helping Sellers unlock value in their properties and realize a maximum return on their investment. Having built a team over the decades that is legendary for solving problems, Andrew expertly guides every aspect of the sale of property -- from initial property evaluation and pricing strategy, through targeted marketing, contract negotiation and close of escrow.

With a reputation amongst his peers of being a straightforward, experienced operator, Andrew has deep and trusted relationships within the tight-knit real estate broker community, which often translates to greater market insight, more efficient transactions, and better outcomes.

Andrew began his career in 1991, managing several asset-based real estate finance offices in the Bay Area for Transamerica Financial Services. After his tenure at TFS, Andrew joined the Commercial Real Estate Group of Bank of Marin, specializing in complex real estate credits for high net-worth clients invested in San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma counties. During the late 1990’s Internet 1.0 boom, Andrew was recruited by LiveCapital, a private Silicon Valley maker of credit-decisioning software, to manage sales with Fortune 100 corporations and global financial institutions. Live Capital is now a Dunn & Bradstreet company.

In 2003, Andrew brought his diverse real estate experience and hardened sales capabilities to Zephyr Real Estate, to support Sellers and Buyers with their most significant purchase and sale decisions. He has been a perennial Zephyr Top Producer, working amongst the Top 5% of the most productive agents city-wide, and earning the distinction as a Top 1% Realtor nationally. Andrew was inducted into a select group of Premier Property Agents to head up Zephyr’s luxury division, and he recently helped to found Zephyr’s flagship office in Marin County.

“My fiance and I recently purchased a 1 Bedroom Loft Condo in the Mission area of San Francisco and would not have been able to do so without the relationship we had with our agent Andrew Roth.

“Our situation was very unique due to the fact that we had relocated to San Francisco from Chicago and were first time homebuyers. We found Andrew on the web and as with any new process were very nervous that Andrew might be pushy or not as qualified as we would like for such a big decision.
